A: The water quality will effect the ceramic ball's life time. In general, for a family of 3 members with using household water filter systems, we put the ceramic balls into a 10" filter, the life time is 10-12 months.

A: Our regular size is 2-3mm,3-4mm&4-5mm. Also customized size 2-30mm is available.

Q: What is the warranty time of ceramic balls?
A: One year in cool and ventilated storage conditions.
